Tumbleweed Tiny Home

Tumbleweed Tiny Home

Live out your dreams of mountain life in the Tumbleweed Tiny Home. Located in Fairplay (about two hours southwest of Denver), you’ll love vacationing amid the sprawling beauty of the South Park National Heritage Area.

This cozy tiny home will ensure your trip remains focused on what’s really important: getting out and exploring. It sleeps three guests but two might be better (there’s one queen bed in the loft space upstairs and one twin bed downstairs). Bring your significant other, family or your best friend for an adventure reminiscent of the Wild West.

What makes it special?

This lil’ home’s cheerful interior is made entirely of solid pine, a rustic touch to give you that added feeling of roughing it (without really roughing it). You can also tell your friends you stayed in the real South Park. The setting of the Comedy Central show was loosely inspired by Fairplay, but the actual mountain town is far more charming and magnificent.

The most Colorado thing about this place

By staying here, you’re embracing Colorado’s eco-friendly spirit. You’ll be limiting your environmental impact while embracing a growing travel trend, the tiny house!

Room with the best view

From the upstairs bedroom, wake up to the blazing sunrise over wide-open space and lush forests and fix your gaze on the mountains in the distance. OK, it’s technically a loft, but doesn’t that make it even more romantic?

Best traveler review

“Anita's place was the perfect getaway! It was a short, beautiful drive (not far from Denver). The house is lovely, and even tinier that I was expecting (which was adorable). It was a super fun way to spend an evening relaxing, making a nice meal, and snuggling. I'd highly recommend this spot if you're looking for something different!” — Taylor, airbnb
